2.1 Essential & Functional Storage (Required)
These first-party cookies and browser local-storage items are necessary for the Service to function, or remember your preferences and locally cache lookups so the app runs smoothly. They are not used for analytics, tracking, or advertising and are not available to turn off from the cookie banner.
2.2 Analytics Cookies (Optional)
These cookies help us understand how visitors interact with REDA by collecting usage data. They are used for internal product improvement only and are not shared with advertisers or used for third-party advertising. Analytics cookies are strictly opt-in: they do not load or collect any data until you actively enable them via the cookie banner.
2.3 Marketing Cookies (Optional)
These cookies let us measure whether our ads on Facebook and Instagram lead people to REDA — for example, how many visitors who clicked an ad went on to create an account, start a free trial or subscribe — and let Meta show our ads to people likely to find REDA useful. Marketing cookies are strictly opt-in: the Meta Pixel does not load or collect any data until you actively enable marketing cookies via the cookie banner. It is never loaded on pages whose address contains private links or tokens (such as invitations, contractor bid links, shared deals, or password-reset pages), and we do not send deal data, property addresses, or form contents to Meta.

Our marketing website (redainvest.com) shows its own cookie banner with separate Analytics and Marketing choices. Nothing optional runs there until you turn it on. It uses:

Google Analytics is provided by Google LLC (policies.google.com/privacy) and the Meta Pixel by Meta Platforms (facebook.com/privacy/policy). You can change your choices at any time with "Cookie settings" in the website's footer.
